my native language is not English and i dont understand how to transfer a char and want to transfer 1 lvl 150 char to start buying vouchers to buy some good gears so it will be helpful for me if u guys indicate me where i can find a video about it

Let's cover all the bases
1. Look for someone selling a 150
2. arrange a payment scheme. E.g. you pay first 50% of agreed amount, then he transfers, then you pay the balance.
