Cabal drop rate is so weird, one got ring on his 1st run the other cant get the ring even when he ran it 100 times already...
12runs no drop....

well i get good luck on my fs all the time my wa have terrible luck, hmm and fb ehhh he got somewhat good luck i never get fail drops in dungeons

Got mine on the 3rd run and one on my 7th run. Haven't tried since the second one. Will go back and get ones for my alts ;)

59th run for me
i got mine on my 15ish.but honestly just go looking for something else besides killian,that way it will drop XD
like when i got it,i was helping my friend with his lvl 140 rank up,wasnt even thinking about the ring just to kill the freaking mobs and get out of the dungeon and puff it dropped LOL

Because its a brand new item. It took them 2 years of people spam QQing tickets before they added the other buyout quest for merg. The same reason theres only one way to acquire bm3; so people stay interested and spend more money.
