Guide levels by levels?

I don't know if there's already something like that on the forum but I couldn't find any so if someone could tell me where I could find a build that is explained by levels i'd be very happy :D

Here's an exemple:

Level 1-15: Do whatever the guy says

Level 15-30 : Do as the guy says

Level-30-45: ...

...

just do all the story line quests till lvl 75 and i say it again till 75 only then go rs grind till lvl 100 then do the story quests that u have left from lvl 75 to 98 and this shall lvl u to 110 easily
