can someone please swatch update304 file I downloaded the full client and I get the same error that can not create the folder if someone can take that trouble would greatly appreciate it Please

Try to install into "Program Files" instead of "Program Files (x86)" which is where it will install default on 64 bit systems, this was suggested by GM previously, but some mentioned it didn't help resolve the issue, not sure if anyone has but if you want I will do team viewer with you and see if we can troubleshoot it.

still nothing installed on the other hand, nothing looks the picture of the error

Well, you can either troubleshoot it some, or just helpdesk and wait for GM response...
