Pacth update_268.dat

I'm having this problem since I'm re-installing cabal for Autoclosing issues...Can anyone help me out? It says that i must restart my OS and to delete the update_268.dat file located in update folder..but i've tried so many times and I keep getting the same error all the time. Doesn't let me move forward. I need help since the deletion way isn't working at all.

I don't have antivirus.
I don't have viruses.
My date is ok.
I installed it from a pendrive archiver (have done it few times ago and works but now).

Help me my baby ErosArrow needs me :'(
