Game does NOT work for me?

ive completely uninstalled it and re installed it, downloaded it a few times, it has never worked for me... but works obviously for others, i get no error message or anything... i click "start cabal" and then get a pop up, CABAL online has stopped working >check online for a solution and close the program > close program..
