Patcher Will Not Start

When I try to run the patcher it never comes up on my screen. According to the task manager it says it is running but I never see it show up. I've even done a complete reinstall of the game and the patcher still will not come up. This happened after I reinstalled .net framework 4.0.

I just randomly clicked on it just to see if it would open and WALLAHH it opened. I don't know why it wouldn't pop up before but apparently it's working now. Delete this thread or whatever. O.o
