How hard is it to +15 RW3?

well doesn't some item have less chance to + over others ?

for example, getting a slot crafted on the third slot of bike is around 31% at level 10. Similarly are plussing items for bike different from sigmetal grade weapons / armor ?

My RW3 went from 10 to 15 using only 1 SGH. Helm used 17 SGH. Zal's wiz suit went from 9 to 15 using 0 SGH. It is completely random.
