Question about Gear

So... This is just for funs sake. I can't afford to gear a completely new sub character, but i'll probably spend max 100m on it.

Anyway, so I was wondering which would be the best option for (I guess) PvE and which would be best for PVP or is there not much difference?

S.tit 7% slotted outrageous (char binded)
Osmium 5% slotted
Osmium 7% non slotted (pink/red/whatever that color is haha...) outrageous (char binded)
Teragrace 5% non slotted (green) or possibly slotted
Forcy 3% slotted (probably 1 slotted)

I know they're all horrible but if you had to choose, you would choose....<Insert Your Answer Here and Explain Why> ;)

Assuming Suit:
PvP: STit 7% / Osmium 5%
PvE: Mithril 3%
Do not Buy: Non-slotted.

Slots and HP are necessary for either. Amp has greater importance for PvP, and Defense somewhat greater for PvE.
