Well i send a ticket to help desk and i never got a respons i'm just wondering are they actually helping people right now in help desk and if so how much should i wait before sending another ticket or am i just wasting my time going there and sending tickets? :(

GMs are trying their best to get through all the tickets sent in. Even though it may take weeks, sending another ticket will just make it hard for the GMs.
