Lack of Cores

I was told by a friend that he bought 20 Sghs(and got 1 free for each set of 10 total amount that was to be given would be 22) and yet he never got any of his cores. His card was charged and his item shop history confirms the information and yet the cores were not sent to his acc. 3 tickets were sent in with pictures shows him being billed and his item shop history, GMs take alook at this now, $200 is alot, well least to some of us, dont let this turn into more than what it already is.
