Yea if only it was possible to effectively ban chinese alz spammers on sub- level 10 accounts; however history has proven all they can really do is block the account, and let them create new ones to continue spamming on. I guess its a good form of revenge for him pming you but the 2-3 minutes it takes for a new account to be created isn't really worth the hassel of the average player reporting, the block function primarily does the job most of the time except when theres lag or the filter fails to add a player to the block list.
