How long does the blended rune effects last for?

Like the title says, I just wanna know if anyone knows how long the effects of the blended runes will last for?

Only for the hit that activates it.

if you use a blended rune it is always working.... but it will only activates 1% / 2% of the time depending on the blended rune.
