This is false they do answer tickets. Just sometimes you actually have to annoy them. most my tickets but the couple they answered within 5 days...(long time... ) Point is they answered them. If its taking well over 2 weeks to get an issue resolved just get more annoying and show you want something done. Just kicking back and hoping patience solves the problem Does not always work. Just be a bit more aggressive towards something you need accomplished and I am sure it will get resolved.
