Where do you see 10+ rol/cr? Afaik only ONE rol+3 dropped by a suspicious guy who could be a cheater. 1 rol in 12 servers with dozens of players with 1k+ runs done.

well i played there be4, im sure the drop rate there is totally dif from our Cabal, and yes i saw 1 rol3 drops posted and 1 morefrom some1 who doesntwannaletuknowwho, but yet, at least it actually droped there k.
