Can't connect to nProtect

Is there something wrong with nProtect server? I can't connect to the server currently...
Even the Cabal website is very slow. I have 35Mbps internet connection so it's not my connection.

The nProtect server requires a 36Mbps connection or higher to proceed. Sorry for this.

Anyway, it's working now...
