newbie question

Hello Everyone,
I`m new here and I have a few questions before I begin downloading and start playing:

1) Is this game heavy/ focused in pvp? Like will i have to engage in pvp or do I have a choice?
2) Is random PKing allowed here in this game? Like if I`m out questing and minding my own business, will someone come up and kill me?
3) Can I use WASD for controlling my character or is it a point a click system?
4) Is the game lagging/laggy?

2) Yes it is. Depends if that person is high.
