Its too consistent for it to be lag. Every hit is spaced evenly from the previous hit. Its not like it all stacked damage at once. Its like they took the normal 1.3 second attack speed and just made it to .7~.8 second cast time. Unconsistency would be better suited for lag.

Nice job catching it on video, but for future reference you might wanna turn up your "Gamma" in options for more clear video.

And you should edit your first post, including the FS's War ID to save GM's the trouble. The easier you make it for them, the sooner they'll address the problem :>
