Greetings'm Cabal NA player, but I can not buy in the shop Prepaid, because I live in Dominican Republic and I have no way to buy prepaid card as I think it is fair that only a few users, to market the other items of the shop users also have the right to be able to market these items. please do something so we can all do thank you very much.
