They don't use no cooldown on dash, he was just displaying it for kicks probably. For LID its walkspeed, there is older vid done on 4290 so its quite low resolution even on 1080 but you get the idea. As you can imagine this has practically no use in the open world environments...

The sad part is they can't fix AOE properly or don't care about doing it, so in reality a level 140-160 isn't a big deal to waste for kicks, considering if its not geared and only takes lil over day to level and rank everything up..demotivating to even report.
