Does anyone else find out if this drops from Killian or anywhere in EOD2?

This crafts Killian ring for people who didn't know.

From what I can tell, EST just moved certain quest (merg/killan ring quest included others) to the basic craft merchant....If you notice none of the stuff needed to craft the rings (or other stuff like WAR amplifiers) are sold from core alchemists or grocer's anymore....it's all done at chloe crafting merchant. So nothing about how to acquire these things has changed except where you buy and create the items....prices are still the same as well.
