This is just their NAS system like ogplanet use to have for a short while...it's basically a slot machine or w/e. By no means is sehh simply in cash shop for them, you have to gamble to get a bunch of tickets to buy it.

read wat u just said, its a slot machine item...which is thru cash shop...but sehh isnt in cash shop...cough.
but u are half right, its not the sehh that is the random item, its the gold ticket, bronze etc. the sehh etc is a choice after.

How do you call someone half right then repeat the exact same thing he said?
Point is you can't "buy" the gold tickets so you can't "buy" the SEHH. It's like saying you can go to a casino and buy a million dollars.

lol u pay cash** for item shop coins, u buy lotto...to receive tickets...to receive sehh etc. therefor sehh is obtainable*** thru cash shop.

you pay cash for coins to buy lotto for a CHANCE to receive tickets to buy sehh with X amount of tickets. Just like you'd buy a lottery ticket for a chance at winning something, doesn't mean you can just buy X amount of lottery tickets and be guaranteed to win. It's gambling which means you're never guaranteed to win anything thus it's only obtainable if you're lucky.
On another note it's not guaranteed we'd ever get this sort of thing because these sort of systems are very iffy on legal grounds due to online gambling laws. Theoretically it's allowed I believe because you're "guaranteed" to get some item aka the "crap" items
