yes im aware t1 are for nubs but for those who farm t1 and to aim to get the best stats possible.
im developing a site to help maximize their stats for tier 1 war. but i need some help with some stuff. the list is below.
charm +1 - +7 = does a level requirement go on it or can a level 1 equip a +7 charm?
can a suit have resist crit rate for craftsman?
what are the possible stats you can get from master??
