Helpdesk since the update

Has anyone gotten a reply on any helpdesk tickets they submitted since the update? I sent one on the day of the update, still haven't heard back. Some of my guildies are in the same boat.

Odd. I've done 3 since and all 3 answered. One was completed in 7 minutes from start, granted I kinda was talking on FB with him but still, they were completed o.o.
