Is what I get every time I run cabal, I'm using bitdefender AV Plus 2012 and added the cabal folder to the exception list. I'm also running on W7 Home Premium and disabled UAC and added the 3 cabal .exes to the exception list on the DEP list thing.
It still won't fix it. Any ideas?

Why don't you download the game via Download Accelerator Plus? It worked for me when I downloaded the game.

I already downloaded the game... And installed but it won't run

Does the launcher show up?

It did only for the first time. Now I get a rectangle box that shows it's downloading launcher.inf, it succeeds, then starts to download update.exe.cabal, says download complete, then displays the error

See if the launcher comes up, if it does, find an option that says "check files." Click on it. See what's up with yo' files.

I can't even finish the download...it stops around 70%
