preblem whit password recovry

hi i got a problem whit a password recovry its been more then 3 month i didnt play and i didnt remember my password so i ask a new one but my mail box dosent receive any message plz help me out

I'm having the same problem as him, please tell us what can we do.
- I have already tried to crate an account using AOL instead of Hotmail but it says "Error in sending verification email" so I think it's an internal error from the page.
