I just finished my first 180 char, so I'm gonna be re-rolling to play around in 79 war, I wanna know what's the highest grade +15 armor/weapon you can wear/use in t1 ?

u can use osm to.

osm armor + stit weapons or vise versa

u can usually wear +6 osm but if u go with stit u can wear +9 or more which turns out to be more def. and allows u to relocate stats to wear osm weps.
