I'm 6400 in ring crafting. I can craft both rol+2 and cr+2.
Here is a tip, if you try to craft rings, go 6-7 at the same time.

1x ROL+1
1x Shape cartridge lvl3
10x Circuit Jewel lvl6
10x holy disk lvl3
CR+2 mats required:
1x craftman's ring lvl3
1x CR+1
1x Shape cartridge lvl3
10x Circuit Jewel lvl6
10x dark disk lvl3
