something needs to be done about the nubs in war who are constantly relogging for BM3, its annoying, do something like put all your BMs on cooldown when you change channels out of war or something, its getting ridiculous when its happening all war -.-

I not sure but EST developers I think will address this relogging issue in the next update. I vaguely remember reading something about this in an interview with one of the developers.
