New to Cabal, Failed to connect

Hello Everybody,

Hope all is well, i am a new "You have failed to connect to the server"
the problem is, there are like 100 cabal official websites! i donno what game i am on and which user to use and what forum to post on! .. please advise!

i thought it's because i am outside of the US and Canada, should i install the cabal global client?

well that changes things,yes u have to be in us /canada

okay am downloading the global client now, http://www.cabalglobal.com , is that okay if am outside the US ?
