Patience is often a key role. I had to wait 9 weeks once. And sometimes you really do get shafted by policies that the GM have to abide by, even if it was caused by someone else. It happens, so we really can't blame them. Don't always take their responses at face value.

I haven't sent to many ticket but the ones I have sent are always taken care of with in one or two days guess I've been fortunate according to you guess. Anyway I have always thought the GMs, Mods and Staff are doing the best they can with what they have to deal with on a daily basis.
