Blocked ID for no reason.

So I think it was yesterday or before me and my friend were playing. Due to some information received by a friend we decided to make new characters. We log in and start leveling up. However, I guess maintenance was running and we may have gotten banned because of that I am unsure. But we are in no way in violation of the terms of services and should not be ID Blocked . If a GM could please contact me regarding this issue so it can be resolved it would be nice.

Normally there is a reason they block you.

i dont know courie's reason,
but i was accused of using ThirdParty. idk how dat is possible but it happened,
now im trying to prove i didnt but its hard to explain when im just another cabal player,
wats so special about me. i know for a fact i didnt use any hacks
