I've read another thread about this very topic and the discussion about how other official servers have all Safe Guard classes and NA doesn't. The other thread didn't get anywhere either, sorry to say. The only thing I can think of is maybe its thier way of forcing players to level up, who knows put it would be nice if they did offer at least for a short time.

well. I think 2 of the things that have ruined the game's economy are Vouchers and SGH.
