Issues Trying to recover my Account

i stopped playing for a year then i want to comeback and i wanted to recover my account and they sent me the information but then when i wanted to login in the page they said that my pw was incorrect i already recovered it around 6 times and i couldn't login still it still saying incorrect pw please help me i want my account back
