Big Mis-understanding
my account is block permanently, dued to Third Party (as i been told). I dont know wat third party is, but i played games long enough to know it has to do with hacking? The only thing i have running is Skype(voice chat). 3 weeks ago i downloaded Logitech touchmouse. this allows u to control the mouse through your phone,BUT the program only works on web browsing. Does not work w/ any other programs like CABAL, the touch mouse is not capatable w/ it. while logged into cabal it was still running in the background. I didnt know if this was da issuse. This is the Only reason i can think of that Cabal saw it as a Third Party Program. I wanna say i did not abuse Cabal in anyway. i been playing since beta(b4 wiz had staffs). to be safe i have un-installed Logitech touchmouse. i have never came across this problem b4 n hope to clear up the issuse. Please GM if ur reading, please investigate my problem.

Posting on the forum won't solve anything. You need to be talking to the GMs through helpdesk. There's only on suggestion I can make. Take screenshots of tasks you have running on your computer and ask the GMs through helpdesk to check if any of those processes trigger their 3rd party software detection. That is pretty much the only way you can prove your innocence if you have something running unrelated to cabal that triggers their detector. Hope you like my epic MS Paint skills.

Well GG is <removed> when it comes down to keyboard/mouse drivers & related softwares.

If I try to open Cabal while I have Trust Mouse Editor opened in sys tray GG won't load and cabal closes itself. I think everytime something like that happen GG sends a report to GMs. On EU some player were banned too, just 'cause they had such softwares installed on their PCs. For GG they were just "cheaters" using macros via third party programs.

I really hope you'll manage to get back online and prove your innocence, good luck!

thank you for all da support. i hope everything goes fine. Its not looking so good for me because of the Third Party issuse.
but i hope the GMs will see im not trying to hack in any way. i think the best way i can prove my innocence is have a talk w/ all da GMs at once.
i know its hard to prove but im willin to do all i can

All you can hope for that is the gm looking at your ticket will be willing to put in the time to check the software you have running. And if he does, it will probably take some time. So if you see your ticket stay open for a long time, take it as a good thing.

its only worked only for web browsing,
i only got it cause it seemed kool,
da provider was by a trusted company Logitech.
i dont use it no more because my phone screen too small :/
other programs would d/c the phone signal

So kinda like a long ranged tablet pen. Yea that shouldn't have been a perma ban. GG is too sensitive for things, but it's that way bcs too many ppl can get around it still.
