im getting this msg everytime im trying to send in a ticket to HelpDesk w/ a pic attatchment.
i can get my ticket in cause i get this msg.
can anyone help, GM?
If your attachment isnt a .jpg format it gives that error.

how would i get it into .jpg format.

Open the file in microsoft paint. Go to the Menu and go down to Save As... and set the format as .jpg

It says: upluduh ganuan taili anipnida.
Basically it's saying there's an upload error.

the accurate translation is 'this type of file is not the correct type for uploading'.
