CPU load 100% after maintenance

My cpu has loaded 100% whenever i launch cabal after yesterday maintenance. But before it was only 60-70%. Cuz of this 100% cpu loading i cant play the game smoothly like before. Any help ? Thank you very much

This 1000 times this. There's already like 5+ other threads but this is a HUGE problem. How come it seems we never have a maintenance that doesn't break more things than it adds.
