Hey crushingraid,
These steps worked for someone with a similar issue so it might help you too.
1) Uninstall and delete the CABAL Online folder in Program Files.
2) Run CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) and run the standard and registry cleaners.
3) Restart your computer.
4) Install a fresh CABAL client from www.cabal.com.
