so if im 160+ lvl atm when i lvl up to 170 i can get 2x sig cap as reward? n lvl up to 180 can get 2x +8 cape as reward again? n is those cap accound bind? or tradable?? does anyone know about this?

You choose one, ie sage or fighter. They have a one day time limit and are account binding.

Did you really think they were giving out perm +8 and drei capes just for leveling?
