what is best for high lvl wizard.. more amps but less cd or more cd but less amps?

is forcium gears with less amps better than 7 amp gears (not forcium) with less def for dungeon and war?

1. Depends in rate/ cd ratio

2. If you know how to play wiz well, defense is usually never an issue unless you get rooted.

Umm i dont get how it depends on rate? Can u explain that.. And whats a good rate for wiz?

Good rate to crit damage ratio for wiz is typically 55 rate/ 170 crit dmg
If you're floating around the 40 rate mark, then amp is probably better than crit damage

Vamp is great in bm2, not so much in bm3 but much better overall damage. The downside is the defense rate, you might need to increase the defense rate over the defense, a good way would be getting Reflex instead of Defense Sense and make sure you have more Max HP steal per hit.

Wizards need the critical damage to be increased in both BM2 and BM3.
