Ticket's getting old..

Sent a ticket (# 69941) on November 8th regarding an issue with a gamecard code

at one point the status changed to "in progress"

now it's back to just the usual "opened"

We're Nov. 23rd now, any chance this is gonna get replied to or should I just use the code on a diff game?

Yes, I am very patient with a lot of people.

Sometimes I get told I shouldnt, but eh... I just don't stress over futile things but that code thing is getting annoying now. I got a $10 code but it refuses to let me use it, says I still need to pay 0.03$ because of exchange rates.

ah if it was me and money related if be impatient as f*** =P haha, my situation is just waiting on an old char to be restored so no biggy. In the end its the principal =)
