It's not a hack it's the AOE of bm3.. i also do it....like when you bm3 and use B skill it hits a lot of people that are in range.

Actually yes. If you are behind a wall, but you are less than 3 range away from somebody who isn't, you will also get hit. Often FS will use Aod right outside cap's base gate, and by hitting them I can also hit a couple of caps that are inside the base too with the aoe.
That's irrelevant in this case though, because the FA in the video is obviously hacking.
