Sorry if I sound ignorant but I'm looking to join this from Australia, in the past this was closed and open to everywhere else but and CableSea has a severe limiter on the download speed ((To the point where the download speed drops from it's 287KB/s to 27KB/s)) And thus the question...

think he meant people dont openly say that they are playing from AU etc? iuno im from AU as well trying to get back into it, but even back then i prob only knew like 1-2 from AU

Well in all of these other online games, people have a tendency at least to talk to each other somewhat... Here these people don't seem to say much at all just get on with their game...

You're probably running into bots, and there's a lot of them in starting areas.
