Hey there!

Have you tried looking at the FAQ yet? If not, here's a link: http://forum.cabal.com/showthread.php?27736-Common-Problems-A-CABAL-Online-Technical-Support-Guide

Look under the 'GameGuard Issues' section and see if any of those steps helps you out. If all else fails, completely uninstall your CABAL client and delete the folder in Program Files. Download a fresh client off the website (www.cabal.com) and install it again.
