Max craft level 10,000?

I just paid the upgrade fee to 10K and I can't get any exp from any grade glove.(Martial) I thought you could go up to 11K. Is this the case or am I missing something?

Supposedly basic will be able to go to 11k, except that you can't get any 9k or 10k formula cards right now. But welcome to the 10k club on prof. crafting xD
