Yes I'm a noob and this is a really basic question so I need to know. Is it a cash shop item or something or is there a hotkey for it cause I can't find it... Thanks :D

click on your character then you should see your name at the top middle of screen and a menu button next to it. click on it and scroll down to personal shop. should be the first of the 3 selections to choose from.
