i tried downloading new client, reinstalling and checking files and still getting this same error message

I have the exact same problem and check flies button wont fix it I tried to delete the game and re install but didn't work I searched for that file online and couldn't find it either.. please help us I wanna play :)

At first it told me dl.enc was either not found or corrupt. I have gotten past that point with the link you provided now its giving me the same message but now its fxdata.enc that is corrupt or missing.
