This issue has now been fixed.

Please try running the game to see if you can start the game without any issue.
If it fails to launch re-install the game and try again.

Thank you for your patience regarding this issue.

Sincerely,
CABAL Support Staff

Here my problem:

I tried to update cabal yesterday before the new episode came out. At some point the updater got stuck for about 5-6 hours. this morning i closed the launcher and tried reopening but it only opens the updater.exe(seen on task manager) and no active window of cabal/launcher.

this happened before to me and i managed to get the game going by unistalling, cleaning registry and installing it on a different disk.

now i did everithing avobe and even tried formating the disk, making a new partition but i still get the update proces with no active window.

This solution was for a different Client Update Issue.

If you are still experiencing any issue updating your client, I strongly suggest following the instruction below.

1. Delete any old version of CABAL Client and Folders.
2. Download and Reinstall CABAL Client
3. Check your internet connection stability.
4. Turn off any third party programs, such as download accelerators or managers.
5. Check your firewall settings or turn off your firewall.
6. Update the Client.
