i saw this video in youtube It was Romp and Xi Got stuck in Caps base and they just murder everyone in the base.

They are all in the same nation yes.
However, proc has held bonus 95+% of the time for a few years (almost 3 years now?), since before XI played in t5, since before Romp was geared up, and loooong before Rasmanit or iHash even had those characters.
Proc has had several strong t5 players for about 3 years now; a lot of good players are on or join proc side simply because they like to be on the winning nation.
