i dont think tang should be mentioned as a top guild right now . . . today's tang is watered down and 95% of tang's "power" is gone so yea
i mean i love tang but . . . the original oldschool tang was better <3 still love u guys tho
i rolled with the old school tang back in the day . . . so i know what im tawkinboutk =]

Of course in 100% of "... the top 5" or whatever threads there is flaming and trolls. Simply put, everyone has a different perspective of who's number 1. So that really nullifies the need for an "order" to the list.
It'd be far better to simply sa X+Y+Z are the top 3 atm. Not X = #1, Y = #2, and Z= #3.
Also, what are you basing it off of? How strong their members are? How many guild points they have? How fast they run dungeons? How much they war? How active they are? You have to specify what is being compared to for ranks too.

In terms of endgame potential right now, you're not even good, and never were. Nowadays everyone and their mother outgear Tang from a year ago, does that mean they're better? No, it simply means there are new items, levels, skills, runes etc etc which people a year ago didn't have access to. If the people from a year or two ago didn't quit do you think they wouldn't be trashing your mediocre FS right now? Your FS a year ago was complete trash compared to decent people, and it still is now. Tang was desperate when they recruited me and Dro (we joined Apoc for fun after getting tired of waiting for an answer and Susan QQ'd to us and snatched us up within a day...obvious desperation), and I see it's even worse. Who in Tang is even still around that plays seriously anymore? Cabal as a whole would be hard to chose the top 7. Merc doesn't interest me so I'll keep my opinion to myself. Having Tang on either side is a disgrace to old Tang as what they've allowed in is worse then me. I'm pretty bad I know I'm pretty bad and apparently I'm one of the people with the balls to admit I'm bad. Honestly you'd have to do 2 separate lists and because so many have jumped the bandwagon to Merc there are few truly active guilds on Venus. With that said those few that are still around are quite prosperous and active within themselves. For those that would dog venus for being too poor to move over it's that you have shown us nothing worth hopping over for. It's the same maps, dungeons, and gear drop opportunities. While we might not ever reach the magnitude of Cash shopping that Merc has, those of us still on venus are far from "poor". We're just not egotistical with it, sorry we have class.

Okay my comment on the tang thing. Who do you guys consider old tang members that still play? To my knowledge Larazz, Jaycintha, DarrkD, Dax, Marf, tridevil and teaparty? In that whole list one of them is better than me skillwise, who wants to guess who? You guys talk as if you guys were in tang, DarrkD tells me the old members aren't as good as everyone hyped them up to be. Who knows if all the old members didn't they would be better than me. Everything comes with time, look at goku the low class saiyan who was underestimated all his life. Frieza killed his whole race when he was a baby save a few and decades later Goku beat him, who says the "new" tang can't do the same? However it could go the other way too. Vegeta trains his whole life to beat Goku and never suceeds. Life is too uncertain to have regrets dawgies

1. Buys alz illegally outside of game which are more rare to find.
2. Buys alz via vouchers/ cash item shop things.
Eitherway it's alz buying. And it's probably safe to say that a good 70% of high geared people do it the 2nd way.

I didn't even read the first thread, but I can at least tell you one thing that is a fact. There is a number 1 spot for every guild. Just stating "Top Guild" isn't say what it's for. It could be Top 7 worst, Top 7 most Wexp, Top 7 most GP, etc...

Almost every old Tang member abused glitches early on in the game, that's a well-known fact and if you were in Tang long enough you'd know. It's how the Jersey kid got his forc amp gloves and +'d them when they were worth their weight in gold.

In a proud member new member of tang and for a top guild they r cool as hell
I had to go to counseling after raking in over 3 grand total off of Cabal, it was a rough time in my life.
I went to a mental hospital where they put me under suicide watch when Cabal went to Est I thought it was going to close..
